After a vaginal birth, gentle pelvic floor exercises can begin within the first few days. For C-section recoveries, we typically wait 6-8 weeks. Every client is assessed individually before we start.
Absolutely — many of my clients train during nap time or with their baby nearby. Sessions are designed to fit into real life with a newborn.
For live sessions, we use Zoom, Google Meet or WhatsApp. For the training plan, you receive weekly workouts with video demonstrations and WhatsApp support from me throughout.
