About Me

My name is Mihaela Petrovic — MSc Kinesiology graduate and BSc Physiotherapist from Croatia.

I specialise in postnatal workout programs, pelvic floor rehabilitation and helping women return to fitness alongside all the demands of motherhood. In particular, I focus on women who feel lost in their own body after childbirth.

Being through pregnancy and childbirth myself, I know first-hand what you are going through. Through exercise I solved my own problems and today I am in better shape than ever.
